Responsibilities

• Lead, monitor, coach and train team members to ensure operational execution.
• Adhere to labor metrics while monitoring sales during the shift.
• Ensure all cleaning duties are completed thoroughly and with integrity.
• Work hands-on in all restaurant positions and with team members.
• Provide an exceptional guest experience as part of the team.
• Follow Six Service Standards and PLUS 1 to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Perform opening and closing managerial duties including readiness checklists and cash handling.
• Handle guest issues and report to the General Manager.
• Place, check in, and store food and orders.
• Complete daily temperature checks to ensure food safety.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and fun work environment.
• Communicate essential information to management.
• Report any team member issues to the General Manager.
