Job summary

Southern Rock Restaurants, LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to ensure exceptional service, food quality, and safety in a clean, welcoming environment. The Shift Leader will oversee opening and closing, inventory, and sanitation, while supporting team members across restaurant stations.

You will coach and train staff, monitor labor and sales, and work hands-on with teammates to maintain service standards and guest satisfaction. A positive, communicative leader helps foster a fun, safe workplace.

Responsibilities

• Lead, monitor, coach and train team members to ensure operational execution.
• Adhere to scheduled labor metrics while monitoring sales during the shift.
• Ensure cleaning duties and tasks are completed thoroughly and with integrity.
• Work hands-on across all restaurant positions and areas.
• Collaborate to deliver an exceptional guest experience and follow service standards.
• Manage opening/closing duties including readiness checklists and cash handling.
• Handle guest issues or conflicts and report to the General Manager.
