Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead, monitor, coach and train team members to ensure service standards.
• Open and close the restaurant, manage labor and inventory.
• Ensure food quality, sanitation, and safety practices.
• Resolve guest issues and report to the General Manager.
• Maintain cash handling and daily temperature checks.
