Trulieve is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store leadership, ensure regulatory compliance, supervise staff, and deliver exceptional customer service in a retail setting.

Role emphasizes opening/closing, inventory control, coaching, and resolving patient issues while upholding company standards and confidentiality. Must have a high school diploma and cash handling experience, with 21+ and background checks required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management experience preferred.
• Prior cash handling experience required.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager/Assistant General Manager in leadership and supervision of store personnel.
• Help achieve key performance metrics and ensure efficient daily operation of the store.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and deliver exceptional customer experience.
• Open/close procedures and basic supervision of staff and retail processes.
• Coach, train and develop team to meet service standards and objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory and handle patient issues and escalations.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional relationships with partners and staff.
