Red Robin in Spring Hill, TN is seeking an energetic Shift Supervisor to help manage daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts. You will work under exempt management, train on the job, and act as an ambassador of our brand standards to deliver guest satisfaction and profitability.

The role requires leadership, reliability, and strong communication, with a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of full-service restaurant experience preferred.

Formación

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full service restaurant experience preferred.
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and an ability to effectively supervise peers.
• Passion for the business and compassion for people.
• Highly energetic, self-motivated, goal oriented and dependable.
• Good oral and written communication skills, and outstanding leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Serv Safe Certified preferred.
