Red Robin in Farragut, TN is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily restaurant operations during mid and closing shifts under exempt management. You will train staff, ensure guest satisfaction, maintain food quality and cleanliness, and help maximize profits while upholding our brand standards.

The role requires at least 1 year of full-service restaurant experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and flexibility to work opening, closing, weekends and holidays.

Qualificações

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and an ability to effectively supervise peers.
• High school diploma or equivalent required, some college preferred.
• Passion for the business and compassion for people.
• Highly energetic, self-motivated, goal oriented and dependable.
• Good oral and written communication skills, and outstanding leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Serv Safe Certified preferred

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts under exempt management.
• Act as ambassador of Company & Brand Equity Standards to ensure guest loyalty and profit maximization.
• Resolve guest issues and supervise peers to deliver quality service.
• Support on-the-job training for leadership growth and task mastery.
• May work in this role as well as other hourly roles as needed.
