You will oversee opening, closing, cash handling, and daily procedures while coaching new staff and maintaining food safety compliance.

The role emphasizes team leadership, strong customer interaction, and accurate POS operations in a fast-paced plaza environment.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, outgoing manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve complaints.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures.
• Operate POS system and process payments accurately.
• Ensure proper food handling and product rotation.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards and policies.
• Inform plaza leadership of issues witnessed.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
