RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead by example on a fast-paced, guest-focused shift. You’ll coach team members, handle food service, cash handling, stocking, and cleanliness while modeling RaceTrac’s values.

You’ll drive performance, deliver great guest experiences, schedule shifts, and support store operations. With 2–3 years in retail or food service and 1+ years of supervisory experience, you can grow with RaceTrac through leadership development and career advancement.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same.
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
