RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead by example in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, empower team members, and ensure guests feel welcome on every shift.

You’ll drive store operations, coach teammates in real time, manage cash handling, inventory, cleanliness, and food safety, and contribute to guest satisfaction while pursuing career growth through leadership development and training.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume, guest-focused environments.

Responsibilities

• Rings up guests on a cash register and supports daily store operations.
• Keeps the store clean, organized, and well maintained; monitors inventory.
• Coaches team members in real time and provides guidance during shifts.
• Addresses guest concerns with empathy and professionalism; escalates when needed.
• Leads shift change communication and ensures team alignment throughout the day.
