Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced store team, set the tone for guest service, and drive daily operations on a designated shift. You will coach team members, handle foodservice, stocking, cash handling, and ensure cleanliness and safety while maintaining RaceTrac standards.

With 2–3 years in retail or food service and 1+ year of supervision, you’ll help develop future leaders and participate in a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience (retail, restaurant, or food service preferred).
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (preferred).
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same.

Responsibilities
