RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead by example on the floor, coach teammates, and ensure guests feel welcome during fast-paced shifts.

You will drive store operations, maintain safety and cleanliness, and develop future leaders while delivering great guest service and managing inventory and cash handling.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a winning team on your shift with a cheerful, can-do attitude and clear direction.
• Coach team members in real-time and address guest concerns with empathy.
• Train and guide the team to meet guest service, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Oversee store processes including inventory, cash wrap, and compliance documentation.
• Communicate updates from leadership to shift associates and ensure teamwork.
