RaceTrac is seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead in a fast-paced store environment. You will mentor teammates, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure smooth daily operations on your shift.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of work experience in retail, restaurant, or food service preferred.
• 1+ years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Comfort in fast-paced, high-volume guest-focused environments.
• Ability to follow through on tasks and coach others to do the same.
