Applegreen USA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations at our travel plaza locations. You will supervise team members, ensure quick, friendly service, and maintain brand standards and food-safety guidelines.

Responsibilities include opening/closing tasks, cash handling, training new staff, and ensuring adherence to policies. Join a fast-paced team that values pace, quality, and customer focus.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the activities of team members on shift.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve issues.
• Open, daily and closing procedures/checklists as per policy.
• Operate POS, process payments and follow cash handling rules.
• Follow proper food handling, labeling, dating, stocking and storage.
• Perform kitchen tasks including prepping, cooking, packaging and cleaning.
• Stock and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products to customers.
• Maintain product knowledge for plaza offerings.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Follow brand standards, food safety and company policies.
• Inform plaza leadership of observations or concerns.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
