Job summary

Tim Hortons in Michigan is hiring a full-time shift supervisor. The role requires overseeing shifts in the absence of the GM/AGM, maintaining standards and adjusting operations as needed.

You will co-lead the 5 Ps—People, Product, Place, Process and Profit—ensuring smooth service and a positive guest experience. We offer a sign-on bonus of $500 and a $16/hr starting rate with an emphasis on work-life balance in a people-first culture.

Qualifications

• Flexible to work morning and day shifts, including weekdays and weekends.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patience and composure when dealing with guests.

Responsibilities

• Run shifts without GM/AGM presence while following standards.
• Lead execution of the 5 Ps within the restaurant (People, Product, Place, Process, Profit).
• Balance delegation with completing tasks as needed.
• Complete shift management processes: temp logs, shift books, end-of-day cash, equipment and facility cleaning.
