Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Observe traffic, assign tasks, and provide feedback to energize the team.
• Supervise cleanliness and standards; guide daily checklists and Pink Standards.
• Support training of new juicers using the Knowledge→Training→Practice→Validation framework.
• Lead guest experiences with a professional, guest-first approach.
• Monitor sales targets and assist with deliveries and reporting.
