Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. When there is no manager onsite, you lead the store staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed smoothly.

This part-time role focuses on teamwork, merchandising, and creating a positive shopping experience while protecting confidentiality and adapting to early morning, overnight, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager and oversee store operations.
• Support opening and closing procedures and ensure smooth execution.
• Supervise the store crew and direct activities as needed.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers and uphold CVS customer service standards.
• Maintain customer confidentiality and handle relations per policy.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves as required.
• Execute displays, signage and inventory for promotions and seasonal items.
• Reset departments following planograms.
