CVS Health is seeking a Part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service. You will lead staff when managers are unavailable, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and uphold CVS Health's standards for a positive shopping experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, and adaptability to varied shifts, including early mornings and weekends, with a base pay range reflective of the role and location.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Manage store staff and work with store management to ensure smooth operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer questions, problems and complaints while maintaining confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and execute displays and inventory per promotions and seasonal plans
