Job summary

CVS Pharmacy is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in driving store execution, performance, and customer loyalty through excellent service. The role leads the staff when no manager is onsite, ensures smooth operations, and oversees opening and closing procedures to maintain daily store standards.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, assisting customers, promoting CVS service culture, pricing, stocking, and maintaining displays while following

Qualifications

• Advanced communication and supervision abilities.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including early morning, overnight and weekends; willingness to respond to urgent issues.

Responsibilities

• Supervise store crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and inventory per weekly promotions and seasonal plans.
• Maintain store operations and open/close procedures when management is unavailable.
