Job summary

S:US is seeking a Shift Supervisor in New York City to support individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities. This role offers flexible scheduling and a chance to make a meaningful impact in the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years experience in MR/DD or related field.
• Valid NYS driver’s license and must meet insurance criteria.
• Experience with training in CPR and first aid is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Ensure person-centered focus and promote independence.
• Provide overall functioning of the facility in the absence of the Program Director.
• Monitor adherence to service plans for clients.
