Job summary
Services for the UnderServed is seeking a Shift Supervisor in New York to provide habilitation services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role involves assisting clients in daily living skills, administering medication as required, and ensuring nutritional needs are met. Candidates should hold a high school diploma or GED, preferably with an Associate’s Degree, and have experience working with developmentally disabled persons. Competitive benefits and an hourly rate of $23.00 are offered.
Qualifications
Minimum one year’s experience providing direct services to developmentally disabled persons preferred.
Valid NYS driver’s license required and must pass insurance criteria.
Preferred certifications include AMAP, SCIP-R, CPR & First Aid.
Responsibilities
Provide habilitation services to clients as prescribed in service plans.
Assist clients in skill development for daily living activities.
Administer medication to clients as assigned with training and supervision.
Skills

Education
HS Diploma or GED required
