Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Tampa, FL to support store management and drive store execution. You will lead staff in the absence of a manager, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and uphold exceptional customer service to build loyalty.

The role requires deductive reasoning, strong communication and supervision skills, and flexibility for early mornings, overnights, weekends, and overtime as needed. A High School diploma is preferred.
