CVS Health Corporation in Florida is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution and customer service excellence at CVS/pharmacy.

In this role you will lead staff in the absence of a manager, oversee opening and closing procedures, merchandise and inventory, and ensure a positive shopping experience for CVS customers with confidentiality and compliance.

Competenze

• Deductive reasoning, analytical and computer skills required.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, overnights and weekends.

Mansioni

• Lead store staff when no manager is onsite and ensure opening/closing tasks.
• Support store management and crews with store execution.
• Assist customers and promote CVS customer service culture.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle customer issues per policy.
• Price, stock, and reset displays according to planograms.
