Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service. When no manager is onsite, the Shift Supervisor leads the staff, ensures opening and closing procedures are completed, and helps maintain a welcoming CVS/pharmacy experience.

This full-time role requires flexible hours, strong communication, and prior retail supervisory experience. The compensation range is $16.00 to $23.00 per hour, with medical, dental, vision

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager and ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise crew by assigning, directing and following up on all activities.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote CVS customer service.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and inventories.
