Applegreen (US) Welcome Centers in New Jersey is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily operations across a busy plaza. You will ensure top-notch customer service while enforcing brand standards and food safety requirements throughout shifts.

You’ll train new team members, manage cash handling, and support a range of kitchen and service tasks as part of a high-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Cash handling and customer service experience required.
• Shift supervisor or leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public in a friendly, enthusiastic manner.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift team and ensure coverage.
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve issues.
• Complete opening, daily and closing procedures.
• Operate POS system and handle payments.
• Follow food safety and product handling standards.
• Assist with kitchen tasks: prep, cook, wrap, and clean.
• Stock, clean, and sanitize workstation and equipment.
• Cross-sell and upsell products to customers.
• Maintain knowledge of plaza products and services.
• Assist in training new team members.
• Adhere to brand standards and company policies.
• Report observations or issues to plaza leadership.
