Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support store management, drive customer service excellence and ensure smooth store operations. You will lead staff in the manager's absence, supervise daily tasks, and help maintain stock, pricing and displays with a focus on a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers.

Responsibilities

• Support CVS Store Management in driving store execution and performance.
• Lead store staff when managers are not onsite and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers and resolve issues while promoting CVS customer service culture.
• Stock shelves, price merchandise, and manage displays and weekly promotions.
