Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store management in driving execution and customer loyalty through excellent service. When managers are unavailable, lead the store staff, ensure smooth operations, and complete opening and closing procedures.

The role emphasizes customer service, supervision, and daily merchandising tasks within CVS/pharmacy locations. A flexible schedule includes some early mornings, overnights and weekends.

• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
• Flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed

Responsibilities

• Supervise store crews and work with store management to drive store execution.
• Assist customers and maintain a positive shopping experience for all CVS customers.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and reset departments following planograms
