Job summary

CVS Health in Washington, DC is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team, drive store execution and customer loyalty through excellent service. When no manager is onsite, you lead the staff and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed.

You will supervise the crew, assist customers, merchandise the store, and maintain safety and confidentiality. The role requires a flexible schedule including early hours and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills, and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnight and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Manage store staff when managers are unavailable and lead opening/closing procedures.
• Supervise the crew by directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively with store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet customers.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signage, and inventory for weekly and promotional merchandise.
• Reset departments following planograms.
