Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in delivering excellent customer service and store execution. You will lead staff in manager's absence, handle opening/closing procedures, and ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

You will supervise crew, price and stock merchandise, and maintain store standards while communicating effectively with management. Flexibility for early mornings, overnights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve issues promptly.
• Experience supervising a team or shift, with good organizational skills.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with a focus on teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers and resolve questions, problems and complaints.
• Maintain store presentation, price merchandise, stock shelves and reset departments as needed.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
• Support daily opening/closing procedures and store safety.
