Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support the CVS Store Management team in delivering excellent customer service and store execution. You will lead the staff when no manager is onsite, supervise activities, and oversee opening/closing procedures to ensure a smooth operation.

The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

Responsibilities

• Lead the store staff and ensure smooth operations when no manager is onsite.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves and maintain displays; execute weekly promotional and seasonal merchandising.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures and ensure store policies are followed.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and promote a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.
