Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team and drive store performance through exceptional customer service. When management is unavailable, you will lead staff and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed.

The role emphasizes improving customer experiences, supervising crew, and maintaining stock, pricing, and signage. A flexible schedule, including mornings, nights, and weekends, is required for this full-time position.

Qualifications

• Must have deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Strong communication and supervision skills are required for leading staff.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when manager is absent and ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints while upholding CVS service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays and weekly promos.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information and follow company policy.
