CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the Store Management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence at CVS Pharmacy. In the absence of a manager, you will lead staff, ensure opening/closing procedures, and maintain a positive shopping experience for customers.

The role emphasizes supervision, merchandising, and strong communication with management and crews, with a typical 30-hour weekly schedule and a base pay range described below.

Responsabilités

• Lead store staff in the absence of a manager or supervisor.
• Coordinate with store management and crews to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist customers and resolve questions, problems, and complaints per policy.
• Promote CVS customer service culture: greet, offer help, and thank customers.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer/patient information.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage weekly, promotional, and seasonal displays.
• Ensure off-shelf merchandise is displayed and maintained.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
