Job summary

Taco Bell is seeking an Assistant General Manager to provide coverage of operating hours and oversee daily restaurant functions. You will train employees, respond to guest needs, and model leadership to drive clean, efficient and profitable service.

You will coach staff, manage shifts, ensure safety, and help control costs while maintaining high standards of product quality and speed of service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• 6 months in a supervisory role or shift lead preferred.
• Strong math, reading, and cash handling abilities.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and on-time attendance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, take orders, and ensure hospitality and accuracy.
• Supervise shifts, coach team members, and ensure fair treatment.
• Monitor speed of service, store cleanliness, and safety standards.
