Job summary

Taco Bell franchisee is seeking an Assistant General Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager by running shifts, upholding Taco Bell standards, and guiding team members. You’ll take ownership to solve problems, ensure duties are completed, and maintain a safe, productive workplace.

You will also manage inventory, ensure financial accountability, and deliver safe, quality food in a friendly environment for both employees and customers.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making.
• Able to tolerate walking and lifting up to 50 lbs. and standing during 80% of shift time.
• Background checks are run on all management employees.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager by running great work shifts and meeting Taco Bell standards.
• Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete all assigned duties; manage inventory and financial accountability.
• Serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner and maintain a safe place for employees and customers.
• Guide and help others, taking ownership and solving problems as needed.
