CVS Health in Solvang, CA is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor to lead store staff in the absence of a manager, ensure smooth operations, and complete opening and closing procedures.

You’ll focus on customer service, supervise crew, stock shelves, price merchandise, and maintain confidentiality while delivering CVS’s service standards.

The role requires flexibility to work early mornings, overnights, and weekends, with pay range $18.90 to $27.90 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff in the absence of the manager to ensure smooth operations.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crew.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet customers.
• Maintain customer confidentiality.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signs and weekly/promotional/seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following planograms and inventories.
