Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor in California to support the Store Management team in daily store execution and performance. You will lead staff when managers are offsite and ensure opening and closing procedures are completed for smooth operations.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, assisting customers, maintaining confidentiality, pricing merchandise, stocking shelves, and executing displays per promotions. Flexibility for early mornings, overnights, and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Required: deductive reasoning, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication and supervision skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, overnight and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in absence of manager, ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed.
• Assist customers and resolve issues while promoting CVS customer service culture.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and manage displays per weekly promos.
