Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a Shift Supervisor - Full Time in Chandler, AZ to assist the General Manager and lead store personnel, driving key performance metrics and ensuring daily operation and regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional customer experience.

The role requires a High School Diploma, prior management and cash handling experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate in English with customers and staff.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Prior management experience in retail and/or customer service is a plus.
• Must have prior cash handling experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism to communicate with all levels of management and staff; ability to uphold confidentiality.
• Able to communicate in conversational English to work effectively with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Open/close duties and supervise staff and retail processes.
• Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising.
• Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state-specific regulations.
• Review, communicate and ensure compliance with all company SOPs and assure that any changes are communicated to employees.
• Provide coaching, training, and development to the team that is focused on company service standards and accountability to meet specific objectives.
• Monitor and maintain store inventory.
• Responsible for handling and resolving patient issues and escalations.
• Maintain professional working relationships with business partners.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance.
• Perform other tasks that have been assigned by management.
