Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Shift Supervisor to support the store management team in driving store execution and customer service excellence. You will lead staff when managers aren’t onsite, ensure opening/closing procedures are completed, and maintain smooth daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role emphasizes supervision, merchandising, and strong communication with management while delivering a positive CVS customer experience.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication skills and supervision skills.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, overnights and weekends.
• Respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff when managers are unavailable to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise crew by assigning and following up on activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues per policy.
• Maintain stock and merchandise presentation, reset departments as needed.
• Communicate effectively with store management and crews.
