Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Handles returns, order voids, refunds, cash drops, and provides change to cash registers.
• Delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greet customers and assist with products/services; resolve issues to ensure positive experience.
• Assist with inventory counts, pricing tasks, and signage in compliance with policies.
