Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a responsible team member to open and close the store in the absence of management, handle cash, and ensure a ready floor and stock room for the business day.

You will engage customers, resolve issues, and model exceptional service while supporting inventory, pricing, and vendor deliveries. Prior leadership and English proficiency are required; night and weekend shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open/close store in absence of management and handle cash responsibilities.
• Process returns, refunds, cash drops, and register adjustments.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Assist with inventory, pricing changes, and display resets.
• Support backroom and vendor deliveries, including door access and order review.
• Supervise associates and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
