Responsibilities

• Supervise the store crew by assigning, directing and following up on activities.
• Communicate information effectively to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints and promote customer service culture.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality and ensure a positive shopping experience for CVS customers.
• Price merchandise and stock shelves; execute displays, sign and inventory for weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs) and maintain displays and merchandising.
