Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store operations, drive customer service, and help lead the CVS/pharmacy team when managers are unavailable.

You will supervise crew, maintain merchandising standards, handle customer questions, and ensure opening/closing procedures are completed accurately and safely. The role emphasizes service excellence and operational reliability.

Qualifications

• Deductive reasoning, analytical skills and computer skills required.
• Excellent communication and supervision abilities.
• Able to work flexible schedule including mornings, overnights and weekends.
• Retail supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work effectively with store management and crews.
• Supervise the store crew through assigning, directing and following up of activities.
• Effectively communicate information to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture: greet, offer help, thank.
• Handle customer relations per policy and promote a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise.
• Stock shelves.
• Execute displays, signs and inventory of weekly, promotional, and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following POGs.
