CVS Health is seeking a part-time Shift Supervisor to support store operations and customer service excellence. The role leads staff in the absence of a manager, ensuring opening/closing procedures and smooth execution across departments.

The position emphasizes supervisory duties, merchandise presentation, and adherence to store policy while maintaining confidentiality and patient care standards. Flexible scheduling includes early mornings and weekends.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, to work overtime as needed, and to respond to urgent issues at the store when they arise.

• Supervise the store’s crew through assigning, directing and following up of all activities.
• Effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints.
• Promote CVS customer service culture and greet, offer help, and thank customers.
• Handle all customer relations issues per policy and promote a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, execute displays and inventory for weekly, promotional and seasonal merchandise.
• Reset departments following planograms (POGs).
