Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a role requiring constant interaction with customers.
• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• At least six months of experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality, with flexible hours.
• Meet store policies and standards, including cash handling, safety, and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to create a welcoming Starbucks space.
• Oversee daily shift operations, ensuring quality beverages and food.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members during busy periods.
• Uphold store safety and security in line with policies and procedures.
