Qualifications

• Attend consistently and punctually.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Meet store policies, provide quality beverages/food, cash handling and safety.
• 6 months of customer-facing experience.
• 6 months of experience delegating tasks to others.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations with craft and heart to create a welcoming space.
• Prepare beverages and food to standard recipes or customized for customers.
• Delegate tasks to team members and coordinate multiple employees.
• Uphold cash handling and store safety policies.
• Deliver excellent customer service consistent with store standards.
