You will coach team members, manage task delegation, and uphold store policies while maintaining safety and efficiency during diverse shifts. This role requires flexibility, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience interacting with and fulfilling customer requests.
• Available to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Maintain attendance and punctuality, with or without accommodation.
• Prepare and coach beverage/food preparation to standard recipes or customized for customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and ensure quality beverages and customer service.
• Coach and delegate tasks to team members to ensure efficient service.
• Uphold store safety, policies, and cash handling procedures, maintaining a welcoming environment.
