Qualifications

• Six (6) months of experience in a position that required constant interacting with and fulfilling the requests of customers
• At least six (6) months of experience delegating tasks to other employees and coordinating the tasks of two or more employees
• Ability to direct the work of others and learn quickly

Responsibilities

• Lead with craft and heart to make the coffeehouse a welcoming space for the community
• Direct the work of team members to ensure smooth shifts and high standards
• Coach staff on beverage/food prep and customer service during the shift
