Qualifications

• Six months of experience interacting with customers.
• Six months of delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and holidays.
• Cash handling and ensuring quality beverages and food to standard recipes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach team to prepare beverages and food to standard recipes, including customizations.
• Direct the work of team members and coordinate tasks across shifts.
• Uphold store policies, safety, security, and quality standards.
