Qualifications

• Six months' experience in a role requiring constant customer interaction.
• Experience delegating tasks to two or more employees.
• Ability to direct the work of others and coach food/beverage prep.
• Strong oral communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coach the preparation of beverages to standard or customized recipes.
• Lead shift operations and coordinate tasks of team members.
• Uphold store policies, cash handling, safety and security.
