GEO Secured Services is seeking a vigilant security supervisor to oversee detainee safety and facility operations. You will supervise staff, develop procedures, respond to incidents, and ensure compliance with policies and records.

This role emphasizes leadership, discipline, and coordination across security functions in a correctional setting. Strong supervisory experience is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certification required.
• College coursework and advanced training in behavioral sciences, correctional services or related field preferred.
• Three (3) years of experience working in a correctional setting, supervisory capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervises security and staff in an assigned area to ensure detainee safety and proper records.
• Develops and implements custody, security, and treatment policies.
• Responds to unusual incidents and provides appropriate assistance.
• Directs work of other employees, including hiring and training.
• Ensures procedures and emergency protocols are followed and staff trained.
• Maintains daily logs and prepares reports as directed.
