Responsibilities

Supervise security/control activities and staff in a detainee supervision area.
Implement policies and procedures for custody, security and treatment of detainees.
Prepare records and reports; maintain daily logs and ensure compliance with all regulations.
Direct the work of other employees, including hiring, training and performance reviews.
Respond to incidents and provide support for staff and detainees as needed.
